At the end of the second full demolition day, the house is down to about a half a story. The faux-stucco-covered addition seems to be a bit more challenging than the older part of the house, but the demo crew has been very efficient and incredibly hard working. It’s amazing to see the progress over the course of the past two days.
The less there is, the better it looks.
By the way, if you are interested in smaller homes, Tumbleweed Tiny House Company offers blueprints for a variety of very cool, small-footprint, sometimes-mobile homes. It’s a great concept and, if you get tired of your neighbors, you can just move your whole house!
